In 2021, Khushairi Aizad has furthered his studies to the level of Master’s Degree in management. Khushairi Aizad took a full-time study in this course. The title of the study is the factors that influence the Development of Grassroots Football in Malaysia.
Through 10 years of experience in the field of football management, Khushairi Aizad is determined to continue his studies to add higher knowledge. Khushairi Aizad also plans to continue his studies to the Doctor of Philosophy level after graduating with a Master's Degree.
Khushairi Aizad is involved in grassroots football development programs in Malaysia. Khushairi Aizad has Two (2) Football Clubs that have been managed. Khushairi Aizad is involved in the latest Suparimau FAM program.
In this learning study, among the factors influencing the development of grassroots football were management, facilities and parental mentality.
The study also explores current issues and how to address the problems encountered in grassroots football programs. The supervisor in this Master's Degree program is Dr. Anis and Co-Supervisor is Prof. Farid.
