COACH
Football is Khushairi Aizad's soul. Khushairi Aizad started being a coach when he was 19 years old. Khushairi Aizad started teaching football for the children’s category in the AU5D area of Lembah Keramat. A deep interest in the field of coaching translates into the field on a weekly basis. In 2013, Khushairi Aizad set up a Football Academy with friends. The establishment of this Football Academy aims to hone young talents at the grassroots level.
Khushairi Aizad started his career as a coach at the grassroots level involving players aged 6 to 12 years. Khushairi Aizad gained experience when given the responsibility to manage the Football Academy. Each week Khushairi Aizad will write and record a report of program activities.
The football academy started with 10 people then increased to 40 players. By 2020, the total number of players increased to 112 players. Khushairi Aizad also manages 19 coaches who serve at the AU5’D Lembah Keramat Football Academy.
Apart from training on the field, descriptions of football theory and sports science are also applied in the Football Academy. An understanding of football needs to be translated on the field and off the field.
Exposure to players in football tournaments and friendly matches.

ASTRO BALL CAMP
(2017)
In 2017, Khushairi Aizad was called to be the Coach for the Astro Ball Camp Program at the Plus Subang Jaya field. The program brings together many young players at the grassroots level. Khushairi Aizad was given the task of explaining the slots on the attacking side. This is a new experience when able to work with a professional organization.
Khushairi Aizad shared knowledge in the Astro Ball Camp selection session with the players. Some of them are from Malaysia and Singapore. The description of the technical aspects is very important to give understanding to all the players.
Khushairi Aizad was given the opportunity to be together in the Astro Ball Camp and was able to work with experienced coaches from abroad and within the country. One of the benefits that was learned is the way of communication and self-confidence to deal with a large number of players.

Khushairi Aizad had the opportunity to teach the players in the PPR Kg Baru Air Panas Setapak area in the Tunas Mentari Setiawangsa Rangers program. The program is not only involved in football training but they will also participate in tuition classes in the academic field.

Khushairi Aizad became the founder of the establishment of the Women's football team. In the early stages, Khushairi Aizad was a coach to 28 Women soccer players.

Khushairi Aizad is also with the Setiawangsa Rangers FC Futsal team in developing futsal among women. Women’s involvement in the sport of futsal will give them space to play football.
