FOREWORD

Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Khushairi Aizad Bin Jamalludin. The name is called Khushairi @ Ejard @ Aizad. Originally from Lembah Keramat, Kuala Lumpur. This website tells the background of my involvement in the leadership I am currently leading. I am pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Kuala Lumpur and also plan to continue at the Doctor of Philosophy level in management.

The purpose of this website was built is for me to share knowledge and experience throughout my involvement in the leadership of the organizational body. Continue to support and follow my progress on Khushairi Aizad Jamalludin’s official social media channel.

I became involved in leadership when I was appointed as an invigilator at SMK Seri Keramat in 2009. Since then, I began to learn to manage and lead students as an invigilator. I was appointed Exco while in the student council and at the same time involved in organizations such as the Football Club, Red Crescent Society, Yellow Sports House, and ICT Club.

Interest in leadership can be practiced in programs at the school level. In 2010, I was appointed as the Chairman for several associations at SMK Seri Keramat. I am active in leadership and involvement in sports. I represent school teams in football, handball, and cross-country competitions. And I’ve got the School Full Color Award and the PTA Endowment Award.

AU5'D LEMBAH KERAMAT FOOTBALL CLUB

After finishing school, I started joining non-governmental organizations or known as NGOs. I was one of the founders for the establishment of AU5’D Lembah Keramat Football Academy in 2013. Since then, I have studied the management of a football club at the grassroots level and led other coaches.

And at the same time, in 2013 I was selected by the Selangor team in the Kings Gold Cup Championship in Perlis.
The Selangor team then qualified for the semi-finals.

SETIAWANGSA RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB

In 2018, I spread my wings to a higher level when I established another association, the Setiawangsa Rangers Football Club. The club gave me a very good exposure in leadership by managing a team that has a large number of players and organizing programs that have an impact on the local community. I hope I can continue my journey to be a successful leader one day.
