Khushairi Aizad has been the Secretary since 2019 until now. Pertubuhan Kebajikan Cahaya Mutiara was officially established on 17th September 2019.

This fitness sports club is registered under the Office of the Sports Commissioner of Malaysia with registration number C-KUL-05644.

This fitness sports club used to manage the Fit Malaysia @ Community program. In addition, organized a virtual program on fitness in sports.
